Luke has gained more experience in elite sport working alongside the medical team at the Belfast Giants Ice Hockey team.

Luke has extensive knowledge in the management of soft tissue (muscle, ligament, fascia) injuries, in thanks to his work teaching for Active Release Techniques Europe.

Luke also enjoys treatment of complex cases, he has a particular interest in Ehlers- Danos syndrome, Hypermobility, Fibromyalgia, HSD, amongst other pain causing musculoskeletal pain syndromes.

Practice approach

Lukes approach to practice is simple – each patient is treated as an individual. Although Luke was trained as a chiropractor, he understands that everybody is different, and treatment thus should be also.

Lukes treatment methodology is bespoke to the patient, the condition and patient preference. Firstly, we must ease your pain, often using hands on treatment. Then we must find out the reason why you originally become sore, and then address this with a structured plan, which often includes exercise, lifestyle advice and internal referral to our colleagues within North Down Chiro and Physio (sports massage, pialtes, yoga, dietician and podiatry).
