Experience

Claire has an extensive background in mental health services, having practiced in primary care as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for 17 years.  This experience allows her the unique, intuitive ability to explore the dynamic between body and mind, including how issues such as chronic pain and emotional tension can affect the body’s natural posture and movement capabilities.

Practice approach

Teachers of Pilates and yoga can vary in their approach – Claire’s passion lies in the anatomy, physiology, psychology and science behind movement.  This style of practice fits perfectly with the ethos of our clinic.
